STRATEGY OF THE "VIA FERRATA"

There is no room for improvement without strategy, which is why our work team has developed the BEST strategy thanks to notions and experiences acquired directly in the field.

Our  the "via ferrata" method takes up the concept of free climbing  through which, using specific equipment, the safe ascent of a wall is facilitated.

Just like in climbing, companies also aim to climb the economic market, which is why, with the BEST project, we have developed the strategy in  five points :

Know the territory in which you will have to move to better study the strategy that will lead you to your goals

 

The Strategic Innovation Matrix is the tool specially designed by Strategia Agile, to know every detail capable of generating value in the company and to share a common perspective.

 

2 - Identify the goal

Define in the most precise way the ideal scenario you are aiming for

You can speak for economic indices, refer to more generic Performance Indicators. Don't forget to also talk about the sensations you will expect to experience.

 

3 - Attack and defense approach

 

Evaluate your current situation and define your priorities

There can be many situations and scenarios that will arise in front of you. You could take the shortest but steep route, or the longest and flattest one. Identify short, medium and long-term scenarios to best develop the strategy.

 

4 - Creation of the strategy and implementation

Identify the previous points and bring your action plan to life

Once the previous aspects have been identified, it is time to create the strategy. Start from the goal and by finding the right balance you will have the path in front of you that you will then have to take.
